Lucienne's multi-faceted career spans a wide range of interests and expertise, from her current work as a speaker, voice & presentation trainer and tour leader, to political staffer, radio broadcaster & reporter both here and in the South of France, published writer, university and tertiary lecturer, podcast producer, and senior Ancient History and English teacher.

These diverse positions and experiences have fostered a deep and enduring passion for stories, ideas and the people who tell them. They have given her the ability to connect with audiences of all kinds and illuminate complex subjects with clarity and warmth, at the same time understanding how to help others do the same thing. Wherever she is—lecturing, coaching or guiding a group abroad—Lucienne brings energy, curiosity and generosity, creating spaces where learning feels engaging, enjoyable and richly rewarding.

Lucienne's Expertise

Tours

Next year, Lucienne will be leading a tour for the Art Gallery of NSW, island-hopping through six Greek islands which have inspired authors and artists for centuries, from Homer's Ithaca to Charmian Clift's bohemian enclave on Hydra.

Talks

Lucienne is an experienced speaker, who is currently giving talks at the Art Gallery of NSW. These talks examine the lives and works of well-known writers and painters, and how the places where they lived and worked inspired them.

Communications

Lucienne has worked for over 30 years as a presentation, voice and media trainer for a variety of clients across all sectors: government, corporate, finance industry, charities, as well as individuals.

Broadcasting

For 20 years , Lucienne was an announcer, reporter, interviewer & newsreader for the ABC and 2GB in Sydney, Canberra and Tamworth. She also presented a daily chat show on Riviera Radio in Monaco.
